Treatment of Hyperprolactinemic Disorders using Generic Dostinex

What are Hyperprolactinemic Disorders?

The medical condition which shows the presence of abnormally-high levels of prolactin in the blood is referred to as Hyperprolactinaemia or hyperprolactinemia (HP).
High levels of prolactin are associated with abnormal menstrual cycles in females and gonadal disorders in males. Hypogonadism is commonly associated with hyperprolactinemia and can cause many of the symptoms associated with raised prolactin levels. These symptoms can include oligomenorrhea (infrequent menstruation with markedly diminished menstrual flow) or amenorrhea (lack of menstrual cycles), and/or galactorrhea (excessive or spontaneous secretion of milk). Other symptoms of hyperprolactinemia in women can include decreased libido, hirsutism (condition of abnormal hairiness), acne, infertility, habitual abortion, and osteopenia. Infertility due to hyperprolactinemia is most often caused by chronic anovulation, defective folliculogenesis, and luteal phase inadequacy.
In men, the most common symptoms of hyperprolactinaemia are decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, infertility and gynaecomastia.
