Generic Levitra is an oral therapy for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The active ingredient contained in Generic Levitra is Vardenafil HCl. Vardenafil HCl (Generic Levitra) is generally regarded as one of the strongest and most effective ED medications on the market today. Ajanta Pharma has introduced Valif Jelly (Vardenafil HCl) which is is a fast acting and highly effective medication with the same active ingredient Vardenafil HCl as Levitra. It starts working about 15 minutes after taking the dose and the medical effect will last for 3 to 4 hours. Each 5 gram sachet of Valif Oral Jelly contains 20 mg of the active ingredient Vardenafil.

Valif Oral Jelly - Dosage

Valif Oral Jelly is taken orally as needed , approximately 60 minutes before sexual activity. Valif Oral Jelly may be taken with or without food. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is one sachet of 5 grams containing 20 mg of the active ingredient per day. The full effect from one dose will last for up to 3-4 hours, in some cases the effect can also last up to 24 hours.

Valif Oral Jelly - Contraindications

Valif Oral Jelly is contraindicated in the foillowing cases:
Valif Oral Jelly is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C) as well as patients on renal dialysis. It is also contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to Vardenafil HCl or any inactive ingredient present in Valif Oral Jelly.
Administration of Valif Oral Jelly with nitrates (either regularly and/or intermittently) and nitric oxide donors is contraindicated

Side Effects Of Valif Oral Jelly

The most common side effects reported in 2% or more of patients are headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dyspepsia, sinusitis, flu syndrome, dizziness, increased creatine kinase, nausea, back pain.
